Privacy Policy

• Vehicle telemetry data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Historical data older than 2 years may be auto-pruned to aggregated summaries (daily/weekly) to manage storage • Drive and charge history: Retained for the lifetime of your account • Account information: Retained until you delete your account • Support tickets: Retained for 1 year after resolution • Usage analytics: Anonymized and aggregated after 90 days

Upon account deletion: All your personal data and vehicle telemetry is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for service improvement.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you • Export: Download your data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV) via Settings → Data & Privacy • Deletion: Delete your entire account and all associated data via Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account • Correction: Update inaccurate personal information • Portability: Receive your data in a portable format • Restrict Processing: Request that we limit how we use your data • Object: Object to data processing based on legitimate interests • Withdraw Consent: Revoke Tesla API authorization at any time

For CCPA (California residents): • You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used • You have the right to request deletion of your personal information • You have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell it) • We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

For GDPR (EU/EEA residents): • Our legal basis for processing is your consent (Tesla OAuth authorization) and contract performance (providing the Service) • You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

We use minimal cookies, limited to:

• Authentication session cookie: Required to keep you logged in. This is a first-party, httpOnly, secure cookie managed by Supabase Auth • Theme preference: A local storage value for your display settings

We do not use: • Third-party tracking cookies • Google Analytics or similar tracking tools • Advertising pixels or retargeting • Fingerprinting or cross-site tracking

We may use privacy-respecting, anonymized analytics in the future (such as Plausible or PostHog) and will update this policy accordingly.

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) • Tesla API tokens are encrypted before storage • Database access is restricted with row-level security (RLS) • We never store your Tesla password — authentication uses OAuth tokens • Regular security audits and dependency updates • Infrastructure hosted on SOC 2 compliant providers

No system is 100% secure. If we discover a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

Jolte is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@autopilotanalytics.app and we will promptly delete it.

Your data may be processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. If you are located outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.

For EU/EEA users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and our service providers' compliance frameworks to ensure adequate data protection for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date • We will notify you via email or in-app notification • We will give you at least 14 days to review before changes take effect

Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
