By using Jolte, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Alpha Venture Technologies, LLC ("Service", "we", "us", "our") is a web-based analytics platform that connects to your Tesla vehicle via the official Tesla Fleet API. We provide vehicle telemetry analytics, battery health monitoring, drive tracking, charging cost analysis, AI-powered insights, and related features.

Jolte is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. "Tesla" is a registered trademark of Tesla, Inc. We are an independent third-party service.

To use the Service, you must create an account and authorize access to your Tesla vehicle data through Tesla's official OAuth authentication flow. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring the accuracy of your account information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We never receive or store your Tesla account password. Authentication is handled entirely through Tesla's OAuth system.

When you connect your Tesla account, we collect and process vehicle telemetry data including but not limited to: battery state, charge history, drive history, location data, climate settings, and vehicle status.

How your data is handled: • All data is stored securely in your personal account • We do not sell your data to third parties — ever • AI insights are processed on secure, isolated infrastructure — your data is never used to train AI models • You can export or delete your data at any time • Data is used solely to provide and improve the Service

The Service is currently offered free during our Early Access period. We plan to introduce paid subscription tiers in the future:

• Free Tier: Basic dashboard, 1 vehicle, daily data refresh • Pro Tier ($4.99/mo): Real-time data, unlimited vehicles, AI insights, push notifications, TOU optimizer, smart preconditioning, priority support • Lifetime Tier: Available as a referral reward — everything in Pro, forever

We will provide at least 30 days' notice before transitioning from free to paid tiers. Early access users will receive special consideration and will not lose any existing data.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service • Share your account credentials with third parties • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal use • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure • Attempt to access another user's data or account • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair Tesla's systems • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Alpha Venture Technologies, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data.

You grant us a limited license to process your vehicle data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

Tesla, the Tesla logo, and related marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. and are used for identification purposes only.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • Data will be 100% accurate or complete (data depends on Tesla's API) • AI-generated insights will be correct in all cases • The Service will be compatible with all Tesla vehicles or software versions

Jolte is not a substitute for your vehicle's built-in safety systems or Tesla's official app. Never rely solely on our Service for vehicle safety or critical decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA VENTURE TEAM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Settings page. Upon deletion:

• All your vehicle data will be permanently removed from our systems • Your Tesla API authorization will be revoked • Any active subscription will be cancelled

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. We may also discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page • Notify you via email or in-app notification • Give you at least 14 days to review changes before they take effect

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
